Monday, Jan. 6th - First day to rent water for 2025 season beginning @ 7am

Monday, Jan. 20th, MLK Jr. Day: CLOSED

Monday, May 26th, Memorial Day: CLOSED

Friday, July 4th, Independence Day: CLOSED

Monday, Sept. 1st, Labor Day: CLOSED

The Black Canyon Irrigation District Board of Directors took action at their meeting on June 20th, 2023, to implement a Parcel Division Fee for all new parcels (including subdivision/HOA common area parcels) created 

within the District boundary and, therefore, requiring account creation and plat map updating/correction by the District.  Parcel divisions include all new major subdivisions, minor subdivisions, administrative splits, and 

other less common divisions of originally billed parcels within the District.

How do I know if my water is in Unit 1 or Unit 2?

• It will be noted on your bill under “Details”.
• If your account number ranges from 0001-001-00 thru 0200-001-00 then you are in Unit 1 (Your account number is also noted on your bill).
• If your account number ranges from 0204-001-00 thru 1550-002-00 then you are in Unit 2 (Your account number is also noted on your bill).

How do I order my water?

• Unit 1 customers call in their water orders to their ditch rider.  (If you do not have your ditch rider’s contact info, please call the office and we would be happy to give you that information.)
• Unit 2 customers place their water orders through the online portal https://truecip.blackcanyonirrigation.com/default.aspx 

How can I pay my bill?

• Cash/Check/Credit Card (All payment options can be done in our office)  
• WE CAN NOW TAKE CREDIT CARDS OVER THE PHONE
• 2.5% service charge will be added to the amount that you are paying if you use a credit/debit card!
