ONLINE WATER ORDERS AND ORDERING

If someone else orders water for you, or if you lease your land to someone else please use the paperwork below to grant authorization to that individual/company to order water in your name.

Prior to ordering water, you will need to create an account at the website listed below (click on the BCID Water Orders button).  We recommend saving the website in your favorites or adding an icon to your desktop or phone for easy access throughout the year.  

BEFORE creating an account you will need the following:

1. Decide on a username and a password
2. Have your 5-digit customer number(s) for your account(s), which is found on your bill, to the right of your name
3. Your name MUST match the name on your bill from us in order to get authorization to see that account online. 
4. If it is a business name, put the full business name in the Customer ID box along with your customer number, and put your name in the Full Name box.

Protect your username and password just as you would for your bank.  The username and password verify that the person ordering has the authority to do so!
